Pourquoi faire des stages d’apnée ?

Nos stages d’apnée vous permettent de bénéficier de l’expertise et des conseils individualisés de nos moniteurs. Notre objectif est de vous transmettre l’ensemble des techniques correspondantes à votre niveau. Ceci afin que vous puissiez avoir les connaissances et les compétences nécessaires à la poursuite de votre progression dans votre pratique individuelle.

Quels stages  proposons nous à Nice ?

Des stages d’apnée pour pratiquants :

Notre école d’apnée propose des stages de niveaux qui s’articulent autour des différentes zones de profondeur. Celles ci se décomposent comme suit : de 0 à 20 m, de 20 m à 30 m, de 30 m à 40 m.

Ainsi, le stage d’apnée découverte – freediving level 1 SSI permet de travailler les techniques nécessaires à l’évolution jusqu’à 20 m. Le stage d’apnée perfectionnement – freediving level 2 SSI abordera quant à lui les techniques nécessaires à l’évolution jusqu’à 30 m. Enfin, le stage d’apnée expert – freediving level 3 s’intéressera à l’évolution jusqu’à 40 m.

Nous proposons également sur demande des sessions de coaching sur mesure individualisées.

Des stages d’apnée pour moniteurs :

Une à deux fois par an, nous proposons également des sessions de formation Initiateur d’apnée FFESSM, MEF1 FFESSM et Instructeur apnée AIDA.

A qui s’adressent nos stages ?

Nos stages d’apnée s’adressent à toutes personnes désireuses de pratiquer : chasseurs sous marins souhaitant s’améliorer techniquement, débutants, apnéistes pratiquants…

L’âge minimum de nos stages apnée est de 12 ans.

Comment se déroulent nos stages d’apnée ?

Quelque soit le niveau du stage abordé, ceux ci sont construis de la même manière.

Pour commencer, nous effectuons une journée de « foundations ». C’est à dire que nous allons travailler les compétences techniques qui serviront de base pour la suite du stage. Cette journée se déroule principalement en bord de mer afin de pouvoir réaliser des sessions d’apnée statique et dynamique.

A la suite de cette première journée, les stages se rythment par demi – journées de travail. Celles ci se dérouleront principalement en mer, mais certaines demi journées pourront être consacrées à du travail technique à sec ou à de la théorie. Cela dépendra évidemment des niveaux abordés.

Enfin, en ce qui concerne l’aspect théorique, nous délivrons à l’inscription au stage un lien de connexion à l’interface MySSI permettant d’accéder au cours du stage choisi. Ainsi, vous pourrez étudier cette partie en amont de votre stage. L’objectif est d’arriver en début de stage avec un maximum de connaissances qui vous permettront une assimilation optimisée en pratique.
