What will you learn ?
The purpose of this course is to transmit the basics knowledges and skills for being a good freediver between 0 and 20 m. Freediving can look like holding his breath and then diving only with two fins and a mask, but it remains than if you want to be comfortable under water and not struggling too much with yourself, there is some details to understand and learn to manage.
This course is sequenced in 3 :
- The knowledges
- How to breath, relax and behave under water
- How to dive saving your energy and enjoying it
You will learn :
- How to breath in the aim of relaxing your mind and you body
- How to maximize your last inhale before a dive
- Relax underwater and controling your feelings
- Adjust your weights ans set your equipment
- How to realise an efficient duck dive
- to equalise your ears slowly and anticipate the moment you have to do it
- How to dive on a rope and with fins
- How to organise the safety of freediving with a buddy
